Desirée Cadle

Desirée Cadle, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Global Benefits Specialist at Sprout Social, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Desirée spent over three years at KnowBe4 as a Senior HR Operations Specialist, contributing significantly to HR operations, benefits administration, and the implementation of Workday. Desirée's earlier experience includes roles at the University of South Florida, where responsibilities encompassed benefits administration and personnel management, and positions at IKEA Group and RaceTrac Petroleum.
