Neil Smith

Neil Smith is an experienced corporate account executive with a solid background in managing relationships and partnerships within the digital and recruitment sectors. Currently at Sprout Social, Inc., since December 2019, Neil has taken on roles including strategic agency partnerships for EMEA and senior account executive. Prior experience includes serving as a corporate enterprise relationship manager at Social Talent, where Neil was responsible for major global accounts and ensuring effective use of the recruiter academy e-learning platform. Neil has also worked in various roles, including digital recruitment consultant at Prosperity, recruitment consultant at Hays, and host of a football podcast for Radiomade. Neil holds a BA in Journalism from Dublin Business School and has a foundation in sales and marketing from earlier roles at The Laughter Lounge and 123.ie.
