Ricky Sharp

Ricky Sharp is a seasoned Staff Software Engineer specializing in iOS development at Sprout Social, Inc. since March 2022, where also serves as a Committee Member for Veterans@Sprout. With extensive experience in software engineering, Ricky has owned and operated Ricky Sharp Photography and Instant Interactive since 2004 and 1995, respectively, focusing on iOS applications and multilingual educational tools. Formerly, Ricky held the position of Principal Developer at Follett School Solutions, leading software development for K-12 library solutions, and gained experience at Motorola as a Software Engineer. The career spans roles in programming and multimedia design, including positions at the University of Hawaii and service in the US Army. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Hawai‘i System.
