Desiree Erdman

Desiree Erdman is an experienced professional in account management and client success, currently serving as an Account Manager and Client Success Manager at Sprout since October 2023. Prior to this role, Desiree spent five years at CircleIT as both Account Manager and Business Advocate Manager, and over five years at LifeBridge Health in various positions, including Manager of Patient Relations/Service Excellence/Cultural Change and Recreation Therapist. Desiree began a career in therapeutic recreation at Fairfield Nursing and Rehabilitation as Director of Therapeutic Recreation. Educationally, Desiree holds a Master’s of Education in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Neumann University.
