Haley Goodman

Haley Goodman is currently serving as a Community Development Fellow at Spruce Root since September 2024. Previously, Haley held multiple roles at Dimension Renewable Energy, progressing from Business Development Analyst to Senior Business Development Manager between November 2021 and August 2024. Additional experience includes working as a GIS Teaching Assistant at Middlebury College, where technical assistance was provided in a GIS course, and conducting research at Defend Our Health on environmental contamination issues. Haley managed the Farm-to-Preschool Program for Addison County Relocalization Network Inc and served as Logistics Manager for Middlebury Foods. As a Research Scholar for The Andean Alliance for Sustainable Development, Haley designed a monitoring and evaluation plan, and as a Sustainability Solutions Lab Intern, initiatives were led to enhance environmental awareness on campus. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Geography from Middlebury College, alongside study in Art History and Film Studies at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
