Hector Cox is currently a Founder's Associate at Spruce, having begun this role in 2025. Previously, Hector worked at PMSI Strategy LLP from 2022 to 2024, where they held positions as an Associate Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst. In 2020, Hector co-founded Genchi and also contributed to operations and communications at The Fintech House, a leading hub in Portugal for fintech and related sectors.
