Steph Willis is the Co-Founder and CPO of Spruce, where they focus on building software to assist heat pump installers in saving time and improving quality. They have extensive experience in the clean energy sector, having previously led Sero's Pathways Data Science team and developed tools to enhance the efficiency of heat pump installations at Marmott Énergies. Steph holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Cambridge, and has a strong background in data science and engineering consultancy. Their work demonstrates a deep commitment to decarbonizing buildings and advancing energy efficiency.
