Keir Pollard has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Keir is the Founder and CTO of SpryPoint, a software solutions and consulting company for the utility industry. Keir founded this company in 2011 and focused on rethinking the industry's solution delivery model. Keir also developed the SpryCIS utility billing solution.

In 2020, Keir became a Co-Founder of the Charlottetown Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Society, a non-profit martial arts academy. Their mission is to provide a friendly and safe training environment for everyone interested in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Before these ventures, Keir co-founded BamText in 2013 and served as the Vice President of Product and Development. This company facilitated communication between organizations and their customers through anonymous feedback and outbound marketing capabilities.

Keir also worked as an Implementation Consultant, Project Manager, and Software Developer, implementing customer service and financial systems for utilities and municipalities.

Keir's career began in 1998 as a Co-op Software Developer at DeltaWare Systems Inc., where they led a team to build a web-based project time billing application. In 1997, they worked as a Programmer at NB Power, mainly focusing on maintenance and enhancement programming for their SCADA and commercial billing systems.

Overall, Keir Pollard's work experience highlights their technical expertise, leadership roles, and entrepreneurial spirit in the software and utility industries.

From 1995 to 2000, Keir Pollard attended the University of New Brunswick, where they studied Computer Science.
