Anu Joshi

Anu Joshi is an experienced professional in the field of technical training and education, currently serving as a Sr. Technical Trainer at SPS Commerce since June 2019, where responsibilities include the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training materials and management of learning solutions. Prior to SPS Commerce, Anu Joshi held several positions at Children's Minnesota from September 2007 to June 2019, including Learning Specialist, where needs analysis was conducted with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders, and E-Learning Coordinator, managing compliance training and collaborating on training modules. Earlier career experience includes a role as Sr. Assistant at Himalayan General Insurance from March 2005 to April 2007. Anu Joshi holds a Master's degree in Education, Training and Performance Development from Capella University and two bachelor's degrees in Human Services and Health Care Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and Pokhara Vishwavidalaya, respectively.
