James Swanson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development management. Currently serving as a Sr. Development Manager at SPS Commerce since October 2022, James brings over two decades of experience from Digital River, where roles included Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager. At Digital River, James successfully led diverse teams in creating high-revenue-generating Commerce and Digital River APIs, championed Agile transformation, coauthored API design standards, and implemented innovative solutions such as an automated testing framework and an in-house API gateway.
