Lynn Myhran

As chief administrative officer and chief human resources officer, Lynn Myhran is responsible for growing, engaging and developing the company’s global workforce with a commitment to fostering a culture of equality, open communication and community involvement.

Prior to joining SPS in 2020, Lynn was most recently an executive at Optum, the health services business of UnitedHealth Group. She is a seasoned HR executive with over 30 years of global experience. A strategic HR leader her expertise includes total rewards, talent management, leadership and employee development, organization development and communications. Her prior experience includes leadership roles at Arthur Andersen and ITT Consumer Financial Corporation.

Lynn has a Bachelor of Arts in business management from the College of St. Benedict.
