Mike Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and insights management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success and Insights at SPS Commerce since January 2016, Mike leads a cross-functional team focused on client retention and the implementation of data-driven customer management systems. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Director of Customer Engagement and Insights at ToolBox Solutions Inc, where responsibilities included managing analytics teams and overseeing product development. Earlier in the career, Mike served as a Senior Insight Manager, delivering consumer loyalty reporting solutions for major retail clients, and began as a Research Analyst at The Nielsen Company, consulting on product optimization for tier 1 CPG manufacturers. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Queen's University.
