Susan Sinclair has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Community Consultant II and previously as Customer Success Manager II at SPS Commerce since October 2014. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Leadtec Systems Australia from May 2010 to October 2014 as Account Manager, after initially serving in the role of Service Desk Agent from August 2007 to March 2009. Susan holds a Masters of Business Systems from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Science from Deakin University.
