Carl Lam

Carl Lam is a Technical Implementation Manager at SPS, where they currently oversee various technical projects. Previously, Carl held several roles including a Field Service Engineer at RWE npower, where they managed over 800 users and contributed to major IT migrations. They also worked as a Senior Account Manager at HH Global and as a Technical Product Manager at Mitie. Carl's education includes a BSc (Hons) in Computing Science from Aston University, alongside various certifications such as Prince2 Practitioner obtained through self-study.
