Chloe Ryan

Chloe O'Connell Ryan currently serves as a Credit Controller at SPS since January 2020, following a role as a Billing and Credit Controller at Incentive FM from May 2014 to December 2019. At Incentive FM, responsibilities included the daily allocation of cash receipts, management of aged debtors, and resolving payment issues. Previous positions include Billings Coordinator and Contract Support/Financial Administrator, as well as roles in customer service as a Helpdesk Operative at Sykes and Son Ltd. and a Waitress/Bar Tender at the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC). Chloe began a career in hospitality and event support, working as a Merchandise Vendor at IVS Group and Concessions Management Ltd. Chloe holds a BA in Management Studies from St Mary's University College, Twickenham, completed from 2010 to 2013.
