Michael Arcati

Michael Arcati, JD MBA, currently serves as Head of Legal for SPS North America, having joined the company in January 2024 following a tenure as Deputy General Counsel at Bonterra, a leading social good software company. Prior experience includes a role as General Counsel at CyberGrants, where Michael led legal operations and ensured compliance with various regulations. Additionally, Michael held the position of Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York, litigating over 100 cases, and served as a JAG Attorney in the US Navy, managing international legal offices and engaging in combat roles. Michael holds an MBA in Leadership and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, a JD in International Law from New York Law School, and a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
