Patrick Riesch

Patrick Riesch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and technology transformation, particularly within the banking and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of IT & Technology for SPS Global Customer Communications since October 2017, Patrick's expertise spans international management, omnichannel solution management, business process engineering, and enterprise solution design. Previous roles include Head of Process and Strategy Management at Docucom AG, Partner and Business Manager at both brainsphere informationworks GmbH and Detail AG, and Vice President of Sales at Quadient. Patrick holds an EMBA from the University of Cambridge and degrees in International Management from the University of Bern and Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland.
