Patrick Sterry

Patrick Sterry is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at SPS since March 2022. Prior to this role, Patrick held various leadership positions at CubeSmart, including Learning & Development Manager and Chairperson of the WOW! Customer Service Committee, where responsibilities included enhancing customer service strategies. Patrick's experience also encompasses roles as District Manager and Director of Training at Storage Deluxe and as General Manager at U Store-It. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Walden University.
