Tracy Douglas

Tracy Douglas has extensive experience in account management and facilities management. Currently serving as Key Account Manager at Swiss Post Solutions Ltd since May 2011, Tracy oversees Blue Chip Accounts in areas such as Document Services, Post Services, and Reprographics. Prior to this role, Tracy worked at Carillion from April 2003 to May 2007, initially as Director of Cleaning Services, responsible for cleaning services for Deutsche Bank’s extensive facilities, before transitioning to Facilities Manager, where Tracy managed both hard and soft services in a flagship building.
