Josh Bratcher

Josh Bratcher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management and leadership. As the Chief Operating Officer at SPS+ Architects since March 2023, Bratcher previously held the same title at Multifamily Leadership and Mastermind.com, where responsibilities included accountability for profitability, operational efficiency, and leadership development. Bratcher has a strong background in retail operations, having served at DriveTime for nearly eight years in various capacities, culminating as Director of Retail Operations. Earlier in the career, Bratcher developed a customer service team at GEICO as Customer Service Manager and served in the US Navy for five years.
