Mary Thrasher

Mary Thrasher has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Mary began their career as a Bookkeeper at Dixie Truck & Parts, Co. from May 1983 to October 1988, responsible for various bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

From May 1989 to July 1990, Mary worked as an Assistant to the Director at the US Army / Community Operations Division, where they processed variance reports, conducted quality control surveys, and prepared collaterals for events.

Mary then joined Operations Management International as an Assistant to the Project Manager from July 1990 to December 1991, managing the water treatment facility's main offices, maintaining employee contact, completing compliance documentation, and establishing positive relationships with officials.

After taking a break to raise their children, Mary worked part-time and volunteered as the PTO President at Purdue Elementary.

From April 2000 to July 2003, they worked as a Property Manager (Part Time) at Tucker & Tucker Realty, handling accounts receivables and payables, establishing and maintaining landlord and renter accounts, and facilitating communication between landlords and tenants.

Starting in September 2003, Mary served as the Office Administrator at Harvest Church - A United Methodist Congregation. Mary'sresponsibilities included workflow management, in-house publications, graphic design, office automation, accounts receivables, and data analysis for attendance statistics and charitable contributions.

In September 2005, they joined 10dB Gain, LLC as a Sustainment Analyst, providing analytical support for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance programs. Mary also acted as a National Mission Partner liaison.

Mary joined Spectrum Comm Inc in June 2008 as a Configuration Manager/Secretariat. Mary'stasks included integrated master scheduling, processing documents, and tracking input for engineering and configuration boards.

From June 2009 to December 2010, they served as a GEOINT Program Manager at Spectrum Comm Inc, overseeing multiple C2ISR programs and ensuring requirements were met within cost and schedule constraints.

In January 2011, Mary took on the role of Personnel Supervisor at Spectrum Comm Inc, apart from their Senior Program Manager responsibilities. Mary supervised and in-processed new employees while keeping them informed about corporate changes.

Lastly, as a Senior Program Manager at Spectrum Comm Inc from January 2011 (start date not specified) until the present, Mary has managed various government C2ISR programs, providing subject matter expert support and ensuring program success within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Complex.
