Ron Sankeralli

Ron Sankeralli is an experienced instructional developer with a career spanning over three decades in training program design and development within various technology and military environments. Currently working at Spectrum Comm Inc since May 2017, Ron applies expertise in creating instructional strategies, conducting training analyses, and designing effective training materials. Prior roles include significant positions at General Dynamics Information Technology and Raytheon, where Ron developed SCORM-compliant courseware and led instructional systems development projects. Ron's extensive background also encompasses a distinguished 22-year service in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included command consulting for human factors training and serving as a curriculum developer. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Management/Computer Information Systems from Park University and two Associate degrees in Instructional Methodology and Aerospace Physiology from the Community College of the Air Force.
