The Finance Team at Spectrum is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The team, comprising the Finance Assistant, Staff Accountant, Director of Finance, and Finance Manager, works collaboratively to develop financial strategies, conduct audits, and provide insights that support Spectrum's growth and mission in serving the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
