Matt Regan has over a decade of experience in the technology industry. From 2010 to present, they have been employed at Spud Software Inc., where they have held various roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, IT Support Technician, Call Center Supervisor, Planning Administrator, and Customer Support Specialist. In this capacity, they have been responsible for implementing Spud Software's "4Ds" process, analyzing needed software projects scope, introducing business process implementation, optimizing and best practices adherence, supporting consumer electronics, and providing customer support. From 2005 to 2010, they were employed at Hometown Computers as a Computer Service Technician, where they were responsible for developing cost effective computer solutions and repair strategies, daily business operations, repairs and support to desktop and laptop systems, network installations, and customer support in-store, on-site, and via telephone and remote desktop connection.
Matt Regan has attended Mott Community College for General Studies, Baker College for Computer Science, and Grand Blanc Community High School. Matt has also obtained two certifications: Bullet Proof Manager from Crestcom International in October 2021 and Heartsaver CPR AED Classroom from the American Heart Association in April 2022.
