Ryan Pelkey

Ryan Pelkey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as Multi Unit Manager at Spudnik Equipment Company LLC since November 2020, Ryan oversees the Maine and Michigan locations, supporting a team of 15 employees and managing parts and service sales. Previously, Ryan held the position of Assistant Maintenance Manager at Falcon Repair/Falcon Transportation from January 2019 to November 2020, where responsibilities included servicing and repairing equipment to DOT standards and maintaining records for over 300 pieces of equipment. Ryan also served as Assistant Shop Manager at Falcon Repair from May 2016 to November 2020, managing daily operations, sales, cost reduction, payroll, job bookings, scheduling, and weekly reporting. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Maine at Presque Isle, completed in 2018.
