Lucy Bracher is currently the County Hub Manager (Quality and Practice) at Spurgeons Children’s Charity and has held the position of Service Manager and Safeguarding Lead in Wiltshire. Previously, they served as a Counter Manager at NatWest from 1999 to 2009 and as Deputy Manager at Busy Bees Preschool Salisbury from 2009 to 2012. Lucy obtained a degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from The Open University between 2015 and 2018 and earned an Award in Education and Training from Wiltshire College & University Centre in 2020.
