Tia Barham

Tia Barham has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the recruitment industry. Tia worked as a Senior Consultant at Hays Accountancy & Finance from February 2000 to October 2001, followed by a role as a Senior Consultant at Accountancy Additions from October 2001 to April 2003. Tia then joined Nigel Lynn Associates as a Manager from April 2003 to January 2005. In 2005, they co-founded Harvey John Ltd and served as a Director until June 2017, overseeing the marketing recruitment division. Currently, Tia is the Head of Partnerships at Spurgeons, responsible for the development and expansion of their services to schools.
