Tracy Foster

Tracy Foster is an experienced professional in the field of domestic abuse support, currently serving as the Domestic Abuse Lead at Spurgeons since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tracy held positions as the National Domestic Abuse Coordinator at Family Action from April 2017 to January 2022 and as a Social Worker/Service Manager at Peterborough Women’s Aid from April 2006 to March 2017, where Tracy specialized in supporting men, women, and children affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. Earlier career experience includes working as a Social Worker and Family Centre Manager at Peterborough City Council from November 1997 to April 2006.
