Vicky Baird

Vicky Baird is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in supporting children, young people, and families across various sectors, including education, local government, and the criminal justice system. Vicky has held roles such as Lead Learning Mentor and Prison Family Services Manager, where they developed services to improve outcomes for families affected by imprisonment. They are currently the Partnerships Volunteer Management Lead at Spurgeons, working to create strategic partnerships and enhance support services. Vicky holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chichester and a Postgraduate degree in Education from Bath Spa University.
