Arek has also demonstrated success in leading global commodity teams, building strong supplier relationships, and delivering challenging deflation targets. Arek Grota obtained an MBA in Management from Central Queensland University between 1998 and 2000. Arek also completed a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma from GE during the years 2003 and 2004.
