Mark Shanahan

Mark Shanahan has a strong work experience in finance and management. Mark started their career at PEM Cambridge as an Audit Supervisor from 1990 to 1997. Mark then joined PwC as an Audit Manager from 1997 to 1999. Following that, they worked at Cookson Group plc as a Central Accounting Manager from 1999 to 2001. Mark then joined Convergys and held positions of Financial Controller EMEA from 2001 to 2002 and Finance Director EMEA from 2002 to 2005. Currently, they are employed at SPX FLOW, Inc. where they have held various roles including CFO, LDS Test and Measurement from 2005 to 2009, Global Finance Director, APV Systems from 2009 to 2011, CFO EMEA from 2011 to 2013, Food & Beverage Regional Leader - Northern & Eastern Europe from 2013 to 2016, VP, European Transformation from 2016 to 2020, VP, Enterprise Program Management from 2020 to 2023, and currently serving as VP Finance, Nutrition & Health Solutions since 2023.

Mark Shanahan completed an Accountancy Foundation program at the University of Hertfordshire from 1989 to 1990. Mark later obtained a Chartered Accountant (ACA) certification from ICAEW in 1995.
