Stephanie Chen

Stephanie Chen has a solid and diverse work experience in HR and marketing roles spanning over two decades. Stephanie has held positions in various multinational companies, including SPX FLOW, Inc., where they worked as the HR Director for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, Stephanie was the HR Director at Shanghai River Fund Management Co., Ltd. Stephanie also served as the Regional HR Director for Asia at Watts Water Technologies. Stephanie's earlier career included roles such as Marketing Manager at Tangyong Electric and Government & Public Affairs Manager at Flowserve Corporation. Stephanie began their career as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Grundfos Management A/S.

Stephanie Chen completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Fudan University from 1993 to 1997. In 2000 to 2001, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management at the Singapore Institute of Management. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Organizational HR Management from The University of Hong Kong.
