Steve Roberts serves as President and CEO of Roberts and Associates since July 2013, specializing in management consulting for Operational Excellence. Previously, Steve held significant roles at SPX Corporation, where responsibilities included VP of Continuous Improvement and VP of Business Process Improvement from 2005 onwards. Steve has experience in leadership positions at Menasha Packaging, focusing on Lean Six Sigma, as well as operations roles at Invensys and Robertshaw. Educationally, Steve earned a Master’s in Industrial Management from the University of Lynchburg and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
