Allison Cason is a dynamic IT and engineering leader with extensive experience in solution architecture, ERP system consolidation, and compliance initiatives. Previously, they served as a Product Engineer at Eclipse Combustion and progressed through various roles at MECS/DuPont, ultimately becoming an IT Development Manager, where they enhanced proprietary applications and managed significant ERP upgrades. Currently, Allison holds positions as IT Manager - Site Lead at ASPEQ Heating Group and IT Manager Electric Heat at SPX Technologies. They are also pursuing a BS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
