Amy Decker, GPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Amy has worked for companies such as SPX Corporation, CIRCOR International, Inc., 3D Systems Corporation, SPX Dehydration & Filtration, Lincoln Medical Center, and Climax Portable Machine Tools.

Their roles have included VP of Corporate HR, Talent and Compensation at SPX Corporation, Vice President of Human Resources at CIRCOR International, Inc., Vice President of Human Resources at 3D Systems Corporation, VP of Human Resources - Segment Operations and VP of HR Services at SPX Corporation, VP of Human Resources at SPX Dehydration & Filtration, Benefits Administrator at Lincoln Medical Center, and Human Resources Generalist at Climax Portable Machine Tools.

Amy Decker, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their education from 1987 to 1991 at Western Washington University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications. In January 2014, they achieved the Global Professional in Human Resources certification from SHRM. Furthermore, in May 2017, they obtained the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional certification.
