Bao Trinh

Bao Trinh currently serves as the Global Head of R&D at SPX Radiodetection, overseeing R&D initiatives across multiple countries and driving a strategy aimed at doubling revenue by 2028. Prior to this role, Bao Trinh was Head of R&D at Linx Printing Technologies, where responsibilities included shaping R&D strategy and enhancing innovation through continuous improvement processes. Bao Trinh also held positions at Bosch Security Systems as Department Head of Global R&D, managing extensive teams and implementing AIoT transformations, and at Philips Healthcare, where contributions spanned from establishing new R&D teams to managing significant product development initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles at HP, focusing on the industrialization and market introduction of PCs. Bao Trinh holds a Master's in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunication from Grenoble INP - UGA and an MBA in Business Administration from ESA Grenoble.
