Chance Brown

Chance Brown, MS, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Development and Diversity & Inclusion at SPX Technologies since September 2015, where responsibilities include driving talent development and diversity strategies. Prior to this role, Chance held various positions at SPX FLOW, Inc., including Manager of Talent & Organizational Development and Learning & Development Specialist, effectively managing global collaboration and learning initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Learning & Development at AXA US, Project Manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, and Director of Affiliate Development Operations at the National Urban League, alongside early career work as a Research Assistant at the Ford Foundation. Chance holds a Master’s degree in Management & Policy Analysis from The New School and additional certifications from Harvard Kennedy School.
