Don Irwin is the North American Operational Excellence Manager with extensive experience in operations and plant management. At Adler Pelzer Group since 2004, they have managed daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, as the Regional Operational Excellence Manager at HP Pelzer GmbH, they focused on continuous improvement in NAFTA plants while coaching local management teams. Don holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Johnson County Community College and degrees in Management and Automotive Technology from Corllins University and Moberly Area Community College. Currently, they are the Continuous Improvement Manager for the Cooling segment at SPX Technologies.
