John Armstrong

John Armstrong is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for the D&M Segment at SPX Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include advising on a range of legal matters such as regulatory compliance and mergers & acquisitions. Previously, John held the position of Group General Counsel at The Marley Company, LLC, guiding multiple business units on compliance, litigation, and contract negotiations. John’s extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Counsel for Sears Holdings Corporation, focusing on brand-related legal matters, and as General Counsel at Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings, where John provided critical legal advice across various business functions. John holds a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University and holds degrees in Public Relations and Marketing from The Ohio State University.
