Ken Rau is a seasoned Engineering Leader with extensive global experience in matrix organizations, specializing in Lean Product Development and Continuous Improvement principles. Rau served as Director of Engineering at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors from 2015 to 2018, contributing to Engineering Processes and PLM system development. Rau held various engineering roles at Johnson Controls, including Chief Engineer and Engineering Manager, where a notable achievement was creating a Plastics Core Product Portfolio team. Currently, Rau is the Director of Engineering at SPX Technologies, overseeing Engineering, Compliance, Quality, and Program Management. Rau holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University.
