Michelle Handler

Michelle Handler is a strategic HR executive with over 15 years of leadership experience, including more than a decade in management roles within global organizations. They have a proven track record in driving organizational transformation, fostering inclusive cultures, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Leader for Cooling Products at SPX Technologies, Michelle focuses on optimizing HR processes and enhancing employee engagement to support business expansion. Previously, they held roles at Honeywell, O-I, GE, The Toledo Clinic, and Delphi, where they excelled in employee relations, talent management, and compliance. Michelle is also pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
