Chip Witt is the current head of product strategy at [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud). Prior to their current position, Witt served as the director of threat detection product management at Appthority from March 2017 to March 2018. In this role, Witt worked with the Appthority security research organization to develop the Threat Detection Engine, which is used to generate Threat Management policies. Witt also collaborated with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry analysts to develop user stories and priorities that drove agile development and facilitated the delivery of Mobile Threat Protection services.

From November 2015 to March 2017, Witt served as the Senior Product Manager for Threat Intelligence at [Hewlett Packard Enterprise](/org/hewlett-packard-enterprise) (HPE). In this role, Witt oversaw a team of Security Researchers specializing in malware analysis, OSINT and HUMINT tradecraft, actor attribution, and underground monitoring. Witt was also responsible for HPE Security Threat Central, a cloud-based subscription service that enables security analysts to create and leverage actionable threat intelligence through collaboration with other security experts worldwide.

Prior to their time at HPE, Witt served as a Senior Product Manager for Threat Intelligence at HP from January 2015 to October 2015.

Chip Witt received an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University of California and a BS in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Dominican University of California. Chip also has a certification from the Pragmatic Institute in PMC Level II.

She held leadership positions at First Advantage, Experian, Demand Media, Digby and Oracle, providing innovative enterprise SaaS solutions, while ensuring customer-centricity remained core.

With extended experience in the security, breach and fraud prevention space, Trina has partnered with many of the world’s leading customer brands, instilling a continued passion for ensuring the safety of the internet and those that use it.

A lover of great travel, great music, great art and especially great people, Trina resides in Austin, also known as the Live Music Capital of the World, and can always be found at SXSW and ACL.

Trina holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Trina Pirtle

Jerry has held sales and sales leadership positions for a variety of companies in the network security and network infrastructure sectors. A 30-year veteran of the industry, Jerry has specialized in joining companies early in their development, helping them establish initial success and then building sustainable revenue growth.

Tipping Point, Netscreen (Juniper), Riverbed, Talari Networks, Extreme Networks and FORE Systems are among the market leaders for whom Jerry has worked. For both Tipping Point and Netscreen, he helped establish strategic partnerships with several large North American MSSPs, including AT&T, Verizon and Telus.

Jerry holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from SMU.

Jerry Karels

Cassio has more than twenty-five years of experience in security, fraud and identity, technology, financial services, and management consulting. He is passionate about developing the growth of a team and business through a creative and intentional approach. 

Prior to joining [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud), Cassio was the Chief Strategy Officer at Emailage – acquired by LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2020. There he launched the business development and strategic partnership program and led the strategy, research, legal and compliance functions. His impressive career includes time at Lifelock, Citigroup Global Corporate & Investment Bank, [JPMorgan Chase](/org/jpmorgan-chase), and [Booz Allen Hamilton](/org/booz-allen-hamilton) building strategy & corporate development functions, leading product development, overseeing long & short term revenue growth initiatives and leading M&A efforts.

Cassio has a Master’s degree in Management from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Escola De Administração de Empresas de São Paulo/Fundação Getulio Vargas, Brazil.

In his free time, Cassio loves watching soccer, listening to jazz, and spending time with his family.

Leah has nearly twenty years of experience in operations, combining engineering/manufacturing experience with revenue operations. She is passionate about building an operational structure through processes and guidelines that will yield usable data that feeds detailed analytics for informed business decisions.

Prior to joining SpyCloud, Leah led operations teams for Lifesize, Zenoss, and WP Engine. She also has considerable experience in building pricing models and discounting strategies from her time supporting pricing optimization across the client products at Dell Technologies. Early in her career, she worked as a research & design engineer for Pactiv and supported a new factory launch for Dell. At SpyCloud, Leah oversees the revenue operations for marketing, sales, and customer success plus sales and partner enablement, sales compensation, and order management.

Leah holds a  B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Leah Burk

Chris has served as the Vice President of Human Resources for SpyCloud since 2022. Prior to joining, she served many years in the US Armed Forces in both the Army & Navy. Chris brings over 25 years of progressive human capital management experience working in large multinational companies and early-stage, scaling organizations, which have been some of her most impactful and meaningful experiences. At SpyCloud, Chris leads and manages the Human Resources organization including Talent Recruitment and Facility Operations.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee.

Christia Churchill

Lisa has over twelve years of legal expertise in counseling technology companies on contracting, risk and compliance. She started her career at Xerox Business Services, advising on contract matters for a $1 billion technology services agreement with the State of Texas. She then joined Apple in 2014, where she focused on commercial and technology transactions, and was instrumental in the successful launch of the Apple Watch. Before joining SpyCloud, Lisa established and led the legal department at TrendKite, a public relations technology company acquired by Cision in 2019.

In her role as VP, Legal & Compliance at SpyCloud, she oversees all aspects of the company’s legal and regulatory affairs, including commercial contracting, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance, and serves as a strategic advisor to the entire leadership team.

Lisa holds a B.B.A. in Business Honors/Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.

Lisa Salinas

Damon Fleury has held product and technology leadership positions for a variety of companies in the networking and security sectors over the last 25+ years. His specialty has been joining companies early in their development to help build and release initial products and then optimizing strategies to enable their success in the marketplace.

Damon has led teams at TippingPoint (Trend Micro), Mirage Networks (Trustwave), Exodus Intelligence, NSS Labs, and CacheIQ (NetApp), and held leadership positions in Engineering, Product Management, and Market Strategy to develop and launch innovative and disruptive products.

Prior to joining SpyCloud as the VP of Strategy in early 2022, Damon served as the Chief Technical Officer and VP of Cybersecurity Services at Texas-based MSSP CyberDefenses. In this role, Damon supported the growth of the commercial and SLED services business, including the creation of and go-to-market efforts for SOC, Security Engineering, Cyber Intelligence, CISO Advisory, and Incident Response services.

As Chief Product Officer of SpyCloud, Damon is responsible for the product roadmap and strategic innovation initiatives that have driven SpyCloud to become the leader in Cybercrime Analytics – helping enterprises combat cyber threats including ATO, ransomware, and online fraud.

David Endler is the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud). David has over 15 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. 

Endler started their career as the Director of Security Research at iDefense, where they were responsible for attack signature development, vulnerability/malware research, and threat intelligence. David then co-founded the Zero Day Initiative (ZDI), which reported thousands of zero day flaws to software vendors. In 2010, they founded GrimeFighter (now TippingPoint's security research division), which was acquired by Avast in 2013. Endler served as the Director of Product Development at Avast until 2015. 

In 2018, Endler co-founded [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud), a company that provides enterprise breach prevention solutions. [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud)'s patent-pending technology helps companies stop credential stuffing attacks by identifying and securing exposed credentials before they can be used by attackers.

David Endler has a Masters of Science in Computer Science from [Tulane University](/org/tulane-university) as well as a BS in Computer Science from the same school.

David Endler

Alen Puzic is the current CTO at [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud). Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Development at [Manifest](/org/manifest-llc) from July 2016 to August 2013. Alen then worked as a Security Engineer at Click Security from January 2012 to August 2012. Puzic then co-founded PwnedList in July 2011, which was acquired by TippingPoint in July 2016. From May 2010 to December 2011, they worked as a Security Engineer - DVLabs at TippingPoint. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer - AIX OS Developer at IBM from May 2006 to May 2010. Alen also served as the Co-founder and Chief Software Architect at iCaveat from January 2009 to January 2012.

Ronak Patel is the VP of Engineering at [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud). Ronak has over eleven years of experience in the software engineering field. Ronak started their career at [uShip](/org/uship) as a web developer in May 2007. Ronak then moved to IBM in July 2008 and worked as an IT Specialist for five years. In July 2013, Ronak became the lead platform engineer at Waterfall. Ronak then transitioned to ReIntent in November 2014 as the lead software engineer. Ronak has been with [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud) since April 2018.

Heather Smith is the current head of marketing at [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud). Heather has over 25 years of experience in the marketing field, including their previous role as director of marketing at [Rackspace](/org/rackspace). Smith has been instrumental in driving face-to-face engagement with IT decision makers across the globe and overseeing feedback programs that have shaped [Rackspace](/org/rackspace)'s corporate strategy and product roadmap. Heather is also credited with introducing a successful third-party CXO events program that produced 300+ introductions to target accounts per year. Throughout their career, Smith has demonstrated their ability to manage large budgets and programs with a high level of risk and responsibility. Heather is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and incubate new ideas and teams. Smith is a proven leader who knows how to get results and build successful programs.

Ross is a highly experienced and talented security researcher. Ted has been working in the field of cybersecurity for over 20 years. During their career, Ross has helped companies detect and mitigate sophisticated threat actors. Ted is passionate about their work and is constantly striving to find new ways to protect people and businesses from cyberattacks.

Jason Lancaster is the current head of investigations at [SpyCloud](/org/spycloud). Prior to this, they worked as a senior cloud security architect at CloudPassage from April 2016 to June 2017. Jason has also worked as a technical director at HP Enterprise Security and as a senior manager at Field Intelligence for HPE Security Research. Jason has been working in the field of security engineering since 1999 and has published many research papers on the subject.

Jason Lancaster's educational career began at Robert E. Lee Highschool in Alabama. Jason then went on to [Auburn University](/org/auburn-university) before transferring to Troy State University Montgomery.
