Mariah Cornish

Mariah Cornish is a dedicated and self-directed regulatory professional with over 15 years of industry experience, including more than ten years in regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Director of CMC Regulatory Affairs at Spyre Therapeutics since 2024, Mariah has extensive expertise in the regulatory lifecycle for biologics, biosimilars, and small molecules in the oncology, hematology, and immunology sectors. Previously, Mariah held several significant roles at notable companies, including Associate Director positions at Takeda and Bristol Myers Squibb, where they provided strategic regulatory guidance and led health authority interactions. Mariah is currently pursuing an MS in Biochemical Engineering at Dartmouth College and holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
