Sandy Milligan, MD JD, is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive currently serving as the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at Daiichi Sankyo. With a rich history in diverse sectors of the biopharmaceutical industry, they have previously held leadership roles as Head of Research and Development at Organon and Vice President at Genentech. Sandy's experience extends to various therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, and women’s health, showcasing their capability in managing complex regulatory strategies. They are also a board member for Gossamer Bio and Spyre Therapeutics, demonstrating a commitment to advancing therapeutic innovations. Sandy earned their MD from The George Washington University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
