Anna Orecka

Anna Orecka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering, quality management, and project management across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Line Manager and Competence Centre Leader at Spyrosoft, Anna manages a team of approximately 40 engineers and oversees R&D projects in the HMI domain, while also engaging in recruitment, competence planning, and career development. Previous roles include Project Manager and Team Manager at Codelab, where Anna managed automotive testing projects and led teams of 20-30 members, along with positions at infinIT Codelab and brightONE Poland that involved quality and process management adhering to industry standards. Anna's early career included engineering roles at Tieto and CERN, focusing on software development for complex systems. Anna holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Management and Production Engineering from Szczecin University of Technology, as well as a BA in English Philology from the University of Szczecin.
