Lucas D'Hers

Lucas D'hers is an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist currently working at Spyrosoft since May 2022, with a prior role as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at intive from June 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included improving recruiting workflows and processes. Earlier in his career, Lucas served as an administrator for an online MBA program at CMT Group from January 2013 to April 2017, managing student records and follow-ups.
