Keya Washington has over 10 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Keya began their career at Gogotech Inc as a Processing Manager, where they successfully accomplished customer service objectives by recruiting, training, and managing a team of over 30 customer service agents. During their time at Gogotech Inc, Keya also contributed to strategic plans and reviews, implemented system improvements, and met customer service goals.

In 2017, Keya joined Spytec GPS as the Director of Logistics. In this role, they were responsible for order execution and deliveries, ensuring the timely delivery of consumer goods. Keya brought strategic oversight to the warehouse operation function and managed the logistics network from source to delivery. Keya effectively balanced service, cost, and high-performance levels within the organization.
