Vanderlei Longoni

Vanderlei Longoni is a current Socio and member of the Advisory Board at Sqed and an Executive and Career Coach. They served as a Professor at Unisinos from 2009 to 2019 and held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos from 1992 to 2013. Vanderlei began their career as an HR Manager at Sthil Ferramentas Motorizadas from 1975 to 1992. They hold a Master's degree in Administration with an emphasis on strategy from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and completed a program in Ontological Business Coaching at Newfield Consulting.
