Roy Selinko has a extensive work experience in the software development industry, starting from their position as a Software QA Engineer at Fundtech in 2010. Roy then transitioned to become a C++ Developer at Fundtech, where they were responsible for software development and adding new features. In 2015, they joined D+H as a Software Development Team Lead, leading a team of 6 C++ Developers and working on backend server development. In 2017, they moved to Finastra as a Software Development Team Lead, where they led a scrum team of 7 members, including Java Software Engineers and QA Automation Engineers. Roy later became the Director of R&D at Finastra, managing and building a cross-site R&D group of 25 people. Currently, they are the Software Development Group Manager at SQream starting from 2022. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for planning and implementing software products/features, defining processes and methodologies, and analyzing and designing business requirements.

Roy Selinko obtained a degree in electric and computer engineering with a specialization in communication from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Roy attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various software development and technology-related fields.
