Sharon Lahav

Sharon Lahav has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Sharon is currently working as the Post Sales Engineer Team Lead at SQream, a startup that provides an analytics platform for quick data insights. In this role, they lead a team of solution architects and is responsible for post-sale implementation project management.

Prior to their role at SQream, Sharon worked at Bynet Data Communications as a Senior Program Manager. Sharon led the successful implementation of a cloud telecommunications platform for the government of Israel and managed a team of project managers, service technicians, engineers, and subcontractors.

Sharon also has experience in the IT industry, having worked at TBSI - מקנאות טלקום שרותי בישראל as an ININ Delivery Department Manager. Sharon built the department, recruited and trained project managers, developers, and application engineers, and managed strategic projects for key customers.

Sharon also held positions as the VP Professional Services at easynet search marketing, overseeing accounts management and department management, and as the Director of Professional Services at Olive Software, where they managed a team responsible for project management and customer satisfaction.

Earlier in their career, Sharon worked at Tadiran Telecom and Composit Communications as the Director of Professional Services, defining methodologies for project management and managing teams of project managers and application engineers.

Before entering the corporate world, Sharon gained experience in the IDF as a Software Team Leader, System Analyst, and System Manager.

Sharon Lahav has a diverse education history. Sharon earned an MBA with a marketing major from Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Earlier in their education, Sharon attended Gimnasya Gan Nachum from 1984 to 1987; however, their degree and field of study at this institution are unknown. Additionally, Sharon has obtained two additional certifications: Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in November 2021, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in July 2013.
